BEGÜM KHAN doesn't offer any type of promotional campaign for its timeless collections. 

Where can I purchase Begüm Khan Jewelry Internationally?

Online orders ship worldwide with DHL. Also, you may visit one of our stockists to see the products physically. Please check for the closest location. 

How many stores do you have?

Our flagship store is located in the heart of İstanbul, at Nişantaşı and we are planning to widen its footprint worldwide metropoles in near future. You can find the nearest Begüm Khan retailer in the stockist section of our website.

ORDER + SHIPPING

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be partially modified or canceled by contacting our Client Service. Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or canceled. 

Can I track my order status? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the DHL tracking number. You may track the progress of your order online via the tracking section of the local DHL website.

Do I have to pay customs duty or tax?

We prepare all necessary documents while exporting your order. Due to regulations of your local authorities, you may be subject to paying customs duty or tax. Begüm Khan is not responsible for any fees that may occur at the customs of the destination country. We recommend you contact your customs authority to get more information about local regulations.

Are all orders free shipping?

Orders over 600 USD are free shipping. For orders below this amount, you would be subject to shipping cost seen in the cart.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What are your refund and exchange policies?

All our sales are final sales, we do not accept any exchanges or returns on online sales.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are available on your website?

We accept credit and debit cards online through our trusted payment solutions provider IYZICO (A PAYU COMPANY). As an additional payment method bank transfer can be made. If you have trouble with your transaction, you can reach our Client Service for more options such as mail order and payment link.

Can I use my PayPal or Apple Pay accounts? 

Due to local regulations, we can not offer PayPal or Apple Pay options yet.

Is my payment secure?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted. Begumkhan.com uses a secure, third-party payment gateway (IYZICO - A PAYU COMPANY) to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.

PRODUCT CARE

Can you give me information about product care?

Your Begüm Khan jewelry is meticulously hand-crafted in Istanbul by Turkish artisans. Whether you wear them every day or only occasionally, your pieces of Begüm Khan jewelry are precious objects that require care and attention. 

  • Pieces of jewelry become scratched when they come into contact with one another. We recommend keeping them in their original pouches and boxes.
  • Jewellery becomes tarnished when they come into contact with direct sunlight, dampness, ness, and extremes of heat and cold. We recommend that you keep your jewelry away from any direct contact with water, soap, perfume, or cosmetics. 
  • If your jewels do come into contact with water or any chemicals, use a dry soft tissue or towel to gently pat them dry.
  • Remove all your jewelry before and after applying makeup, beauty products, and perfume.
  • Always put your jewelry on last when dressing so clothes don’t catch on it.

Where are the products made?

All Begüm Khan Jewels & Accessories are hand-crafted in İstanbul by craftsmen who inherited Ottoman Artisanship from generations with love and passion.

Can I customize the products?

It is possible to customize only our “Call Me By My Name” Evening Bag. On the other hand, it is possible to place a special order for different colors of products you wish to purchase via Client Service. 

GIFTING

Do you offer a gift box?

All Begum Khan designs purchased online are delivered with their own velvet pouch in special design boxes. All creations are then carefully gift-wrapped and placed in a specially protected delivery package. Please let us know if you would like to add a ribbon bow. 

Can I purchase a gift card online? 

Yes, you can purchase Begüm Khan Gift Card online. It is also valid in-store.
