At Begüm Khan, timelessness comes before trends. As part of our brand philosophy, we don’t run sales or promotional campaigns. Our creations are made to last, not to rush.

Our jewels travel far and wide; we ship worldwide with DHL.

How many stores do you have?
Our flagship store is located in the heart of Nişantaşı, İstanbul, joined by our summer boutique at Bodrum’s Maxx Royal Hotel.

ORDER + SHIPPING
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Before your order has been shipped, you may request partial modifications by
contacting our Client Service. Once the shipping process has begun and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed.
As all our online sales are final, we’re unable to accept returns
after purchase.
Can I track my order status?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey through the tracking section of the DHL website.
Do I have to pay customs duty or tax?
We prepare all necessary export documents for your order. However, depending on your country’s regulations, you may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or VAT's.
Begüm Khan is not responsible for any fees charged by the destination country’s customs office.
We recommend you contact your customs authority to get more information about local regulations.
For selected countries, we offer an All Tax Included option at checkout — when chosen, we cover all potential import charges on your behalf. Please contact us if you’d like to confirm whether this applies to your destination in advance.
Are all orders free shipping?
Orders over 600 USD ship free of charge. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be shown in your cart before checkout.
How soon can I expect my online order to arrive?
For domestic orders, delivery takes 1–3 business days, depending on the courier company.
For international orders, our delivery takes 3-5 business days excl. the procedures of your local customs.
For pre-order items, production begins after your purchase and production takes approximately 2–4 weeks. If your item is a pre-order, our client service team will be in touch to confirm the details.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What are your refund and exchange policies?
Once a Begüm Khan piece finds you, it’s meant to stay :) As all our online sales are final, we don’t offer exchanges or returns.
PAYMENT
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards online via our trusted partner IYZICO (a PayU company), as well as PayPal and Shopify Payments. You can also choose bank transfer as an alternative. If you encounter any issues with your transaction, our Client Service team can assist or provide a secure payment link.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All sensitive information is transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, ensuring your details stay private. Begumkhan.com uses secure, third-party payment gateways—IYZICO, PayPal, and Shopify Payments—to process transactions. We never store your credit card information during or after purchase.

Can you give me information about product care?
Your Begüm Khan jewellery is meticulously hand-crafted in Istanbul by Turkish artisans. Whether you wear them every day or only occasionally, your pieces of Begüm Khan jewellery are precious objects that require care and attention. Pieces of jewellery become scratched when they come into contact with one another. We recommend that you store them individually in their original pouches.
Each Begüm Khan piece is a wearable work of art, crafted with care and meant to be treasured. To preserve its brilliance:
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to direct sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures. Keep pieces away from water, soap, perfume, and cosmetics — these can affect the finish and cause tarnishing.
- If your jewellery comes into contact with moisture or chemicals, gently pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth.
- Always remove your pieces before applying make-up or fragrance, and put them on last when dressing to avoid snagging.

Every Begüm Khan jewel and accessory is handcrafted in Istanbul by artisans who carry forward generations of Ottoman artistry with love & fantasy & limitless dreams.
Can I customize the products?
Yes! Some pieces are ready for customization—details can be found on their product pages. For special requests, such as different colors or unique variations, our Client Service team can help craft what’s possible.
GIFTING
Do you offer a gift box?
All Begüm Khan designs purchased online are delivered with their own velvet pouch and/or their special design boxes. If noted at checkout, all creations are carefully gift wrapped with a ribbon bow.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Absolutely! Begüm Khan Gift Cards are available online and are valid in-store as well.
