All our sales are final sales, we do not accept any exchanges or returns on online sales.

For international orders, our delivery takes 3-5 business days excl. the procedures of your local customs.

For pre-order items, production begins after your purchase and production takes approximately 2–4 weeks. If your item is a pre-order, our client service team will be in touch to confirm the details.

All shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country or location. Begüm Khan is not responsible from any fees that may occur at the customs of the destination.

Each Begüm Khan piece is a wearable work of art, crafted with care and meant to be treasured. To preserve its brilliance:

• Avoid exposing your jewellery to direct sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures. Keep pieces away from water, soap, perfume, and cosmetics — these can affect the finish and cause tarnishing.
• If your jewellery comes into contact with moisture or chemicals, gently pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth.
• Always remove your pieces before applying make-up or fragrance, and put them on last when dressing to avoid snagging.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of each Begüm Khan creation. For two years from the date of purchase, we will take care of any material or workmanship issues that may arise. Simply reach out to our Client Service team, and we’ll guide you through the process with care.

Each piece is handcrafted by expert artisans using responsibly sourced materials — made to last, and made to be loved. This is why we offer a two-year guarantee with confidence.

Please note, our guarantee does not cover lost items, changes from normal wear (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper use or storage, or modifications made by third parties outside of Begüm Khan.

After the two-year period, we are still here for you. SShould your piece require attention, it will first be carefully examined by our atelier. If a repair is possible, we will provide you with a detailed quote and proceed upon your approval.
